Baked Potato Wedges (as alternative for French Fries)
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges that are about ¼” to ½” thick at the most
- Drizzle olive oil over the wedges.
- Sprinkle black pepper and Mrs. Dash® over the potatoes and mix well
- You can use whatever other spices you want (red pepper seeds will heat it up a little)
- Bake for about 45 minutes but start checking at 30 minutes as time depends on thickness of potatoes.
Easy Chicken Chili
6 chicken breast
4 cans (16 oz each) kidney beans
4 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with onions & green peppers
2 packages chili seasoning
Garlic pepper sauce to taste
Cook chicken and dice
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 2-4 hours
